Summoning Genius of Kizen - Chapter 130 “You…!” Prince crouched low, snarling. Simon calmly looked around and spotted Prince’s main body. The corpse seated on the throne, with a crown resting on its head. Prince, reading Simon’s gaze, reacted with extreme sensitivity. “Is the Crown your objective?!” “No.” Simon shook his head and added, “You are.” “……What?” Prince uttered a bewildered sound. “I told you. Join my Legion.” “Get lost! I’d rather die than contract with a Necromancer again!” “Hmm.” Simon gestured casually out the window with his left hand, which wasn’t holding the greatsword. “Then how are you going to stop that?” Outside, the one-sided battle was still raging. Prince had only destroyed one Meat Golem; the tide of battle hadn’t changed. “I can lend you power. Of course, on the condition that you join my Legion and pledge absolute obedience to me.” “Stop spouting nonsense!” Enraged, Prince abruptly lunged forward, throwing a punch. Simon blocked the attack with his greatsword, then flowed to the side, evading. ‘I can see his movements much better than when we first fought.’ While it was true he was powered up by Pier and the Legion’s strength, he felt a subtle, tingling sensation, as if he was on the verge of understanding something. Prince, meanwhile, was shouting without restraint, unleashing a flurry of blows. ‘He’s agitated. He’s on edge, mentally cornered. There’s no room for composure.’ He seemed like a completely different person from the Prince Simon fought in the sewers initially. Did his mind follow his childish appearance? He was excessively swayed by his emotions. ‘If this is how it is, I might win easily.’ Simon, who had been parrying Prince’s attacks with his greatsword, deliberately struck Prince’s arm instead of his fist. Clang! Even Pier’s Greatsword couldn’t sever Prince in one go. The greatsword left a wound on his arm and bounced off with a loud clang, as if hitting metal. Prince, without a shred of doubt, lunged into the opening created by Simon’s raised right arm. He fell right into the trap. ‘Open Gate.’ Shwaaaarrrrng! A subspace opened around Simon. The blades of Overlord pushed Prince’s body, which was airborne from his leap, slamming him into the far wall. Thud! Prince grimaced from the powerful impact. Simon immediately kicked off his Jet Black and thrust his greatsword with all his might into Prince’s abdomen. With the sound of flesh tearing, Prince let out a painful scream. ‘Wow, he’s ridiculously tough.’ Less than a quarter of the sword had penetrated. Simon released his grip on the greatsword and retreated. “Ugh! What are you trying to do?!” “This.” Simon’s body shot forward, propelled by his Jet Black, and he kicked the hilt of the greatsword. Craaaack! Now, finally, nearly half of the greatsword had plunged into Prince’s abdomen. “K-Kuaaaahhh!” His body might be tough, but he clearly felt the pain. Prince made gasping sounds, drooling from his mouth. Tears welled up in the corners of his eyes as he trembled. “I’ll consider this enough for laying hands on my friend.” Simon turned his back and approached Prince’s main body. “Don’t touch my body!” Prince struggled and shouted, but Simon easily ignored him. He stripped off the luxurious clothes Prince’s main body was wearing, then forcefully pried open the gap in its cracked chest. Thump- Thump- Prince’s core was visible, beating like a heart. “You, you, you, you can’t be serious!!” Simon replied with a smile. Just then, zombies, hearing the commotion, rushed in. “Please, Pier.” “Understood!” Shwaaah! The Bone Armor Simon was wearing peeled off like living clothes, returning to its form as a large skeleton. “Hahaha! Stand back!” Pier roared, pointing a finger at the forehead of Prince’s main body. “Do you wish to see your master die?!” At his words, the zombies hesitated, and Prince gnashed his teeth. “You scumbags! Get out of my mansion right now!” Regardless of Prince’s frantic outburst, Simon focused on the core before him. He had intended to take his time, respectfully persuading Prince as his father’s old comrade, but the situation was urgent now. ‘First, get him under control.’ If he didn’t like it later, he could always finish him off. For now, it was necessary to shackle Prince. Simon boldly placed his hand on Prince’s core. Whoosh! Simon’s and Prince’s Jet Black exploded, raging wildly. “Kugh!” “Damn it!” The pain was intense, but the moment passed quickly. After a brief moment, the Jet Black stabilized, and Simon’s characteristic dark blue Jet Black could be seen flowing from Prince’s main body. “Hoo.” It was a success. Prince, now the Legion’s third Ancient Undead, seemed to have no strength left to scream, wearing a resigned expression. “I’ll pull it out.” Simon approached Prince, pulled the greatsword from his abdomen, and recalled Overlord’s blades. Prince’s body then slumped to the ground and vanished like scattering black smoke. He had reverted to a normal zombie corpse. Crackle! Then, a black lightning bolt struck a nearby zombie. The zombie’s body turned black and transformed into Prince’s form. Now, he had five lives remaining. “Haa! Haa!” Prince gasped for breath repeatedly. Perhaps influenced by Simon, his appearance had changed. His eyes were now dark blue, and the color of his noble attire had shifted to a navy hue. Prince glared at him with tear-filled, resentful eyes, but Simon didn’t even flinch, smiling as he said, “Welcome to the Legion.” Pier chuckled, chiming in from beside him. “Hahahaha! Indeed! Once Legion, always Legion!” “You scumbags…!” Prince trembled with rage, rising to his feet. His fists were tightly clenched. “Trying to fight?” Simon blinked. “Unless I release the Legion, if the Legion Commander dies, you die too.” “Shut up!” Prince lunged without warning. Simon stood still, and Pier, with his arms crossed, merely chuckled and didn’t intervene. Simon said, “Kneel.” Thud!! His two knees became heavy as if made of iron, and Prince collapsed to the ground, kneeling. No matter how much he struggled, he couldn’t get up. Sweating profusely and whimpering, he stared at Simon as if seeing a monster. ‘Crazy! Absolute Command?!’ There was no way he could resist such authority. Prince felt his will to fight completely shattered. Simon let out a small sigh and said, “Like it or not, we’re on the same side now. I think we should combine our strength if you don’t want to lose the Crown.” “……” “Explain the situation. If there’s anything I can help with……” “Help?” Prince sneered coldly. “Don’t make me laugh! Help, my ass! The situation has gotten several times worse because you forcibly Legionized me!” “?” “If you have eyes, go look out the window!” Simon did as he was told and looked out the window. ‘The zombies…!’ The zombies fighting on the front lines were suddenly behaving strangely, as if their command structure had fallen into chaos. Even with enemies in front of them, they stood blankly instead of attacking, or inexplicably dug at the ground, or even bit and fought among themselves. “Because you forcibly Legionized me, the connection between the Crown and the zombies was severed! What are you going to do now?!” Prince said, trembling. “It’s over now that we’re outnumbered! Manus and Javier will storm the mansion before I can regain control of the zombies… Hey! What are you doing?!” Simon had, at some point, picked up the Crown that Prince’s main body had been wearing. “This is how you control the zombies, right?” “You crazy bastard! Stop it right now! That’s not something a human can endure!” “There’s no other way than to reactivate this Crown, is there?” Simon said that and carefully placed the Crown on his head. “……!” Thump-Thump-Thump-Thump-Thump-Thump- Thump-Thump-Thump-Thump-Thump-Thump- An enormous amount of thoughts began to pour into Simon’s mind. Not just one or two undead. Hundreds, thousands, no, even more. More thoughts than he could count flooded into his mind. Simultaneously, their sensations were transmitted. The steps, movements, eye blinks, the pain of being stabbed by weapons, even the pain of being crushed to death by Meat Golems, of every single zombie fighting outside. Simon experienced death countless times in the few seconds he wore this Crown. Thud! The Crown fell, rolling on the floor. Simon, sweating profusely, collapsed to the ground. “Ugh!” His vision was blurry. Nausea surged. It was madness. Connecting to over ten thousand thoughts was madness. “Hmph, didn’t I tell you?” Prince laughed, as if gloating. But Simon staggered to his feet, then picked up the Crown again. “You can’t be…!” “This.” Simon muttered softly. “It’s more manageable than I thought.” “What……?” Prince felt his thoughts halt. What the hell is this guy? Simon picked up the Crown again and placed it on his head. Then he began to writhe, letting out sounds of agony. “You crazy bastard! You got burned once and you’re doing that again…!” “Kuhuhuhu!” Pier was shaking his shoulders, laughing. “Why aren’t you stopping him? You’re the Administrator!” “Don’t try to judge that boy with your petty common sense.” Pier grinned. “That guy is more dangerous than Richard, in a different sense!” Thump! He eventually dropped the Crown. But this time, he endured incomparably longer than before. “Haaah! Haaah! Haaah!” Simon gasped for breath, then gripped the Crown again. “Why are you going so far…!” “Let’s go, Prince.” He had definitely gotten the hang of it now. Simon wiped the corner of his mouth with his sleeve and smiled. “I’ll show you how I win this war.”
